C.J., Founder and Managing Director of IERG, draws on more than 25 years of executive recruiting expertise. He specializes in understanding client needs for key executives and identifying top talent for diverse corporate environments and emerging markets.

C.J. began his career as a Telecommunications Analyst at Procter & Gamble Venezuela before moving into marketing roles at Warner Lambert, where he managed major brands and launched new products. He later earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and joined Bain & Company as a consultant, advising Fortune 100 clients across various industries in the U.S. and Mexico.

Following his tenure at Bain & Company, C.J. was recruited by Russell Reynolds Associates to conduct executive searches for technology clients in the U.S. In 2001, he was tasked with opening and managing Russell Reynolds' Miami office to drive the firm’s expansion across Latin America.

Enid brings over thirty years of executive recruiting and human resources expertise across Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Panama and Venezuela. She has worked with leading local and multinational organizations in the technology, consumer products, consulting and financial services sectors throughout the Americas.

Before joining IERG, she spent six years at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), where she most recently served as Human Resources Director for the Andean Pact Region. In this role, she successfully led HR operations in challenging markets, consistently delivering results under strict timelines. Her experience at Accenture equipped her with a deep understanding of complex market dynamics and the ability to implement HR solutions in high-pressure environments.

Prior to Accenture, Enid held key HR leadership positions at Bayer S.A., British Oxygen Company Group S.A., Liquid Carbonic Venezolana S.A. (PRAXAIR), and Banco Mercantil.

Marcel is a seasoned global executive with over 30 years of international management experience across the banking, manufacturing, and internet industries. He has a proven track record of developing and executing strategic business plans and establishing international partnerships. His work spans both Fortune 500 companies and small and medium enterprises (pymes) in Latin America, positioning him as a key leader in shaping IERG’s financial strategy.

Before joining IERG, Marcel held several senior leadership roles, where he consistently drove business transformation and operational efficiency. His extensive international experience provides him with a unique perspective on global markets and business dynamics.
